アドミタンス行列熱ネットワーク解析及び有限要素法の連成による反復熱伝導解析手法の開発

In order to simulate thermal conductivity of power electronics system in large scale, a new method by coupling admittance matrix method and finite elemental method has been developed. This coupling method is revised to iterate calculations just to apply to complicated system. Its basic feasibility has been confirmed since the simulation result was obtained in good agreement with the result obtained by using conventional FEM within 3% of the numerical difference.
