PVの有効電力制御による過渡安定度向上手法

Transient stability of power system can be changed by the penetration of the renewable energy sources. In particular, there is a possibility that the stability decreases due to reduction of inertia of generators. On the other hand, the stabilization control is available by their contributions. In this paper, a stabilizing control was proposed by using active power curtailment based on frequency information which can be observed at each area of the power system. The effectiveness of the proposed method was tested in IEEJ WEST10 system model.
