  • こちらは「一般参加・共著者参加・論文集ダウンロード権」申し込みサイトです。講演を申し込まれた方は，当サイトでの参加申し込みは不要です。
  • 論文集はダウンロード形式でのみ発行します（DVD形式での販売はありません）。
  • 大会参加費には論文集（ダウンロード形式・1ライセンス）の料金が含まれます。追加の論文集ダウンロード権が必要な方は，「論文集ダウンロード権」欄で希望する追加ライセンス数を選択してください。
  • 講演を申し込まれた方で追加の論文集ダウンロード権を購入する方，大会に参加せずに論文集のダウンロード権のみ購入する方は，「大会参加費」欄で「参加しない（論文集ダウンロード権のみ購入）」を選択の上，「論文集ダウンロード権」欄で希望するライセンス数を選択してください。
  • 全角，半角に注意して入力してください。
  • 半角カタカナは使わないでください。
  • （*）付きの項目は入力必須項目です。
  • 申込完了後，申込者（参加者）毎に本大会専用の「個人ページ」が生成されます。「見積書・納品書・請求書」「領収書」は「個人ページ」内でダウンロードできます。また，登録情報も「個人ページ」内で確認できます。
  • This is the application site for “General Participation, Co-author Participation, and Download Right of the Proceedings”. If you have already registered for a presentation, you do not need to register on this site.
  • The Proceedings will be published in downloadable format only (not available in DVD format).
  • The conference registration fee includes the cost of the Proceedings (downloadable format, 1 license). If you need additional download rights for the Proceedings, please select the number of additional licenses you would like in the “Proceedings Download Rights” field.
  • If you have registered for a presentation and wish to purchase additional download rights, or if you wish to purchase only the download rights for the Proceedings without attending the conference, please select “No Participation (Purchase only the download rights for the Proceedings)” in the “Conference Registration Fee” section and select the number of licenses you wish to purchase in the “Download Rights for the Proceedings” section. Please select the number of licenses you wish to purchase in the “Proceedings Download Rights” field.
  • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
  • After completing the application, a “MyPage” will be created for each applicant (participant). Quotations, delivery slips, invoices, and receipts can be downloaded from the "MyPage". Registration information can also be confirmed on the "MyPage".

論文集ダウンロード権Download Rights for the Proceedings

  • 大会参加費には，ダウンロード権（1ライセンス）が含まれています。追加のライセンスが必要な方は，希望する追加ライセンス数を選択してください（追加のライセンスが不要な方は「0ライセンス 0円」のまま進んでください）。
    The conference participation fee includes download rights (1 license). If you require additional licenses, please select the number of additional licenses you require (if you do not require additional licenses, please proceed with "0 licenses 0 yen").
  • 「参加しない（論文集ダウンロード権のみ購入）」の方は購入を希望するライセンス数を選択してください。大会終了後，論文集のダウンロード方法等をご登録のメールアドレス宛にご連絡します。
    If you choose "No Participation (Buying only Download Rights for the Proceedings)", please select the number of licenses you wish to purchase. After the conference, we will contact you by email at the address you registered with the instructions on how to download the proceedings.
  • 7ライセンス以上の購入をご希望の方は，電力・エネルギー部門大会申込事務局にご相談ください。
    If you would like to purchase seven or more licenses, please contact The annual conference of Power & Energy society Application Secretariat.

「個人ページ」から「見積書・納品書・請求書」をダウンロードの上，記載の内容に従ってお振込みください。

必ず請求書に記載されている振込先口座にお振込みください。

領収書の発行はご本人確認できてからとなるため，時間がかかる場合があります。

  • ・Please print out the "Quotation, Delivery Statement, and Invoice" from your "MyPage" and make the transfer according to the instructions.
  • ・Please make sure to transfer the payment to the account listed in the invoice.
  • ・Receipts will be issued after identity verification, so it may take some time.

「領収書」はオンラインクレジット決済は決済完了後，銀行振込は申込事務局による入金確認後，「個人ページ」内でダウンロードできます。
"Receipt" can be downloaded from "MyPage" after payment is completed for online payments or after the registration secretariat confirmed the payment for bank transfers.
