- Presentation time and discussion time
- Original lectures (oral presentations): All lectures are 10 minutes in length and 5 minutes for discussion.
- Symposiums, Invited, Planning, Tutorial lectures... Lecture times are listed after the topic in the program (including 5-10 minutes for discussion).
- Poster Session (Exhibit Presentation) .....Lecture time is 120 minutes. There is no time for exhibition only, but it will be posted on the online meeting site during the meeting period.

- Divisions of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.
- About the notation of the program
- As for the presentation to be carried out in English, a ● mark is added to the left shoulder of the program number.
- The presenter's name appears at first of the co-presenters in the program. If the presenter will appear after the second place or latter, ○ mark is added to the left upper part of the presenter.
- Modifications such as Speakers and Titles will not be reflected on the PDF version of the program. For the lectures that has been modified, the latest information will be sequentially updated on the web version of the program or in the online meeting page.
- About the photography of contents of presentation
- About photography, animation photography, voice recording of presentation contents are prohibited in principle. Please ask permission from the presenter and chairperson beforehand when needed.
- About "Cancellation of presentation"
- After the program "Cancellation (the presentation time will be moved up hereafter) ," the subsequent presentation time will be moved up in each first-half and latter-half session.
- The time will not be moved forward as to the presentation which is included in the program and became "Cancellation" on-site.
- How to Participate in the Meeting
- Participation tickets will be sent to those who have registered in advance (until August 4). On-site participation is limited to those who have registered in advance. Please note that on-site registration and exchange of participation ticket will not be conducted.
- Online participants will login to the online meeting page to participate. Account information will be sent to all registered participants by email.
- We will use the web conference system (Zoom) for online streaming (Lecture Attendance only). Please check in advance whether you PC environment supports online.

- About the Venue
- As a general rule, classrooms cannot be used for purposes other than giving lectures. During the meeting, all venues will be locked at 18:00, so you will not be able to remain in the venue for meetings, etc.
- Participants should prepare their own internet facilities such as Wi-Fi. The meeting does not provide Wi-Fi for participants.
- Infectious Disease Control
- Please be sure to wear a mask in the venue. If you do not cooperate in with wearing a mask, you may be refused for entry. We ask for your cooperation in wearing a mask during the lecture.
- Please take care of your physical condition, such as taking your body temperature before coming to the venue.
- Please refrain from attending if you have symptoms such as fever and cough.
- When coming to the venue, please frequently disinfect your hands with the alcohol disinfectant installed at the venue.
- Please refrain from eating and drinking in the venue.
- Seats at each venue is limited. Do not sit in prohibited seats. Please refrain from standing.
- If in case you will feel unwell at the venue, please do not hesitate to immediately contact the staff nearby or the event headquarters.
- Please note that if the local government requests information, we will provide the personal information of the venue participants as necessary, while paying close attention to the handling of the personal information.
- Please refrain from eating out with a group of people after the lecture.
- Online Streaming (Lecture Attendance only)
- The screen monitor at the venue and the speakers will be projected on the web camera will be live-streamed on Zoom. Venue presentations will be prioritized, so please understand that online lecture participation may be hindered due to problems such as streaming equipment and communication problems.
