[General Reception]

The General Reception will be set up at the lobby on the 1st floor of the Lecture building.

[Meeting Headquarters]

The Headquarters will be set up at the K104 Classroom on the 1st floor of the Lecture building.
For any troubles occurred in the venue, please call directly to the headquarters.

[Injury and Illness Occurrence]

Please be sure to inform the Headquarters. (We will serve you at the General Reception and we are also accepting calls.)
Tokyo University of Science University Health Administration Center, Noda Office is available to use on March 22 (Thursday) and March 23 (Friday) (8:30 to 17:00).

[Smoking Area]

The campus is non-smoking except for designated smoking areas. We appreciate for your cooperation.

[Cafeteria/Shop, Kiosk]

Cafeteria and Kiosks open during the event meeting at the campus are as follows.

[Baggage Deposit/Claim Counter]

Baggage Deposit Counter will be provided during the meeting period. Please deposit a carry bag or suitcase (things packed properly).
Baggage deposit/keeping date: 4 days from the first day to the last day (from the opening of the general reception until the end of the last day session)

　2nd day 8:30-20:00
　3rd day 12:00-20:00
　Last day 8:30-16:00
Fee: 300 yen per one luggage
Note: Valuables cannot be deposited.

[Post Office / ATM]

- There is an ATM of a post office in front of the Third Dining hall opposite the main gate.
Post Office ATM opens on weekdays 9:00-19:00, Saturdays and Sundays 9:00-17:00
- There is a post next to the main gate of the Science and Engineering department.
- There is a convenience store (Family Mart) in front of Unga station, the ATM is available to use.
- From the road on the left side of the Third Dining hall to the Nagareyama highway and turn right, there is a convenience store (Lawson), the ATM is available to use.
- Post office from the west entrance of Unga station west exit, go to Nagareyama road and turn left (reverse direction to the university), and about 100m there is the Shinkawa post office.
Attached ATM is open on weekdays 8:00 - 19:00, Saturdays and Sundays 9:00-18:00
- There are many bank branches, ATMs near Kashiwa station.

[Photocopy Machine]

On the 2nd, 4th and 7th floors of the Lecture building there is a photocopy machine (copy card only). There is a copy card vending machine on the 2nd floor of the Lecture hall.
On weekdays, you can also use the photocopier machine in front of the 2nd floor Co-op book section of Building 9 (Cash can be used).

[Public Telephone]

There are no public phones inside the campus.

[Car Parking Space]

Coming by car are not allowed. Those who wish to park for handicapped people, please contact the Headquarters in advance

[Wheelchair]

Elevators are available at all lecture halls.
There are several interval steps in the venue just before the entrance of L401, L402 Venue.

[Nursery Room]

A temporary nursery room will be open during the meeting period. Please visit the website if you wish to use the nursery services.

[Junior Session]

The Presentation of the physics study by junior and senior high school students will be held at the Morito Memorial Gymnasium on March 23rd (Fri.). Members are also welcome to visit the venue.

[Exhibition]

During the meeting, exhibitions by the companies and other organizations will be held at the Morito Memorial Gymnasium.

[Internet Access]

Connection with eduroam: If you have an eduroam account, you can connect to the wireless LAN without the procedures at the meeting venue.
To obtain eduroam account, please contact the person in charge of your institution. Just a precaution, please make sure you can connect to eduroam in advance at your institution. If your institution is participating in an academic authentication federation (GakuNin), and if you want to use the eduroam temporarily, you can use the "eduroam JP authentication collaboration ID service"

General wireless LAN connection: If you do not have eduroam account, an account for Tokyo University of Science Visitor will be distributed at the general reception.

[Civic Scientific Lecture]

Civic Scientific Lecture will be held on Sunday, March 25th at A101 Venue. It is a lecture for the citizens including junior and senior high school students and their faculty members, but we also welcome the participation of the members.
