受付期間Application Period

  • 発表は，論文Ⅰ，論文Ⅱ，EPSSを通して1人1論文に限ります。
    Presentations are limited to one paper per person through Paper Ⅰ, Paper Ⅱ and EPSS.
  • 論文集発行日は令和7年9月5日（金）です。また，ダウンロード形式で配布します。
    The proceedings will be published on September 5, 2025 (Friday). And they will also be available for download.
  • 講演参加費とキャンセルポリシーは令和7年電力・エネルギー部門大会ホームページに掲載しています。なお，講演参加費は事前参加申込の大会参加費が適用されます。
    The lecture participation registration fee and cancellation policy are posted on the The 36th Annual Conference of Power and Energy Society homepage. The meeting participation fee for early reservation will apply to the lecture participation fee.
  • 見積書，納品書，請求書，領収書は参加申込完了後，「個人ページ」内でダウンロードいただけます。
    Quotations, Delivery Statements, Invoices, and Receipts can be downloaded from "MyPage" after completing the registration.
  • 本⼤会システムから送信されるメールのアドレスはすべて 「pes（at）gakkai-web.net」となります。このアドレスからのメールを受信できるようご設定の上，講演をお申し込みください。

    If you are transferring multiple presentation fees at once, please download the transfer notification form below, fill in the necessary information and email it to the Power and Energy division application secretariat.
  • 振込連絡書は「個人ページ」より請求書を発行（ダウンロード）し，振込処理が完了した後にご利用ください。
    Please use the transfer notification form after issuing (downloading) the invoice from your "MyPage" and completing the transfer process.

原稿の書き方・テンプレートPaper Writing Method・Template

  • 講演論文の原稿は以下のテンプレートを利用して作成してください。なお，原稿の書き方は，電気学会論文誌の論文と同じです。
    Please use the template below to prepare your paper for presentation. The writing style is the same as for the papers in the Transactions of the Institure of Electrical Engineers of Japan
  • 講演論文の規定ページ数は，論文Ⅰが4ページ以上14ページ以内（6ページを超過する場合は超過分の費用（5,000円／ページ）をご負担いただきます），論文Ⅱが2ページ，EPSSが2ページ以内です。
    The required number of pages for presentation papers is 4 to 14 pages for Paper Ⅰ (if it exceeds 6 pages, you will be charged for the extra pages (5,000 yen/page)), Paper II is 2 pages, and EPSS is within 2 pages.
  • 原稿はPDFファイルでご提出いただきます。Wordファイルで作成した原稿をPDFファイルに変換してご提出ください。また，原稿のPDFファイルは5MB以内で作成してください。
    Please submit your paper as a PDF file. Please convert your paper created in Word file to a PDF file and submit it. Paper PDF file size must not larger than 5MB.
