2) By Bus: Morioka Ekimae Bus Terminal, No. 11 Bus Stop (Morioka Eastern Exit Bus Stop Guide and Bus Route Map)
a) Iwate Prefecture Transport Bus Station Ueda Line No. 11: Station Ueda Line "To Matsuzono Bus Terminal" (line 307) or Station Sakuradai Danchi Line "To Sakuradai Danchi" (line 311), get off at "Iwate Daigaku Mae", (going to the venue of the Faculty of Science and Technology, "Ueda 4-chome"), or "Rikougakubu-higashiguchi/Faculty of Science and Technology East Exit" where it is convenient to get off, the rates are 220 yen each. In addition to regular bus, between the time 8:00 to 9:30, Direct Temporary Bus will operate from Morioka Station (Morioka Ekimae, No.11 Bus Stop) to Iwate University.
Note 1) Do not ride the Matsuzono Yamagishi Line "To Matsuzono Newtown" from No. 11 Bus Stop.
Note 2) The Bus Stop in going back to the city center / train station is "Ueda 2-chome".
b) From the 2nd or 9th stop: Any destination is possible, get off at "Tatesakabashi" (150 yen) within 10 minutes on foot.
3) By Taxi: approximately 2 km, 10 minutes, from Morioka station to the main gate of Iwate Univerity is about 1,000 yen.

2) By Bus: From "Morioka Bus Terminal", ride the first bus "To Matsuzono Bus Terminal" and get off at "Iwate Daigaku Mae"
It is also possible to ride "Kenchou/Shiyakusho-mae", "Chuoudoori 1-chome", "Chuou Yubinkyoku-mae".
3) By Taxi: approximately 1,200 yen to the main gate of Iwate University.
From "Morioka IC" to Morioka city by National Road No. 46.
On the way, following the route of "Ninohe and Hanamaki" it will reach to the front gate of the Science and Engineering department via Tatesakabashi, around the university. In addition, we cannot use the parking lot in the university campus or enter the general visitor's vehicle.
There is no toll parking area around the venue, so please use public transportation.
