[General Reception]

The general reception will be set up at the "Student Center Building A" entrance hall.

The meeting headquarters will be set up at G22 on the 2nd floor of "Student Center Building A".

[Smoking Area]

The university is a non-smoking campus. There is no smoking area.

[Cafeteria/Shop, Kiosk]

The cafeteria and shops available on the campus during the meeting are as follows.

[Internet Connection]

In the general reception, flyers/leaflets will be distributed with information necessary to connect to the internet by Wi-Fi. It will be available in almost all areas of the meeting venue.

[Rest Rooms]

The rest rooms will be the Students Center Building's G36 Classroom (3rd floor), G46 Classroom (4th floor), General Education Research Building (Educational System) E23, E24, the 22nd Classroom Building No.2 of the Science and Engineering Department (2nd floor), the same Refreshment room (2nd floor). And also, the Student Waiting Room (Refresh Space) on the 1st floor of the Student Center Building A. The Faculty of Education Building No,2, 1st floor Student Waiting Room (Lounge), Faculty of Science and Technology Building No.2, 2nd floor hall and Central Cooperative Discourse Hall 2nd floor are also available to use.

[Postal Mail and Delivery Service]

* Post office: Near the Central Hospital (5 minutes from the Faculty of Agriculture), "Takamatsu no Ikeguchi" (5 minutes from the Science and Engineering Department),
* "Delivery Service", "Yu-Pack": Convenience store (opposite side of the main gate of the university, facing the main gate of the Science and Engineering Department).

[ATM]

Inside the university campus, in the passage connecting the Central Cafeteria and University Hall, Iwate Bank (Business hours: 8:00 - 17:00, (weekdays), 9:00 - 17:00 (Saturday)), Kita-Nippon Bank (same as Iwate Bank business hours). Japan Post Bank (Business hours: 8:00-18:00 (weekdays), 9:00 - 17:00 (Saturday)) for ATM, there is also an ATM of Iwate Bank in front of the Cafeteria of the Science and Engineering Department.
Financial institutions around the university are Iwate Bank, Takamatsu Branch (3 minutes from the East Gate of the Faculty of Science and Engineering), Iwate Bank, Ueda Branch (near the Central Hospital, 5 minutes from the Faculty of Agriculture) etc.

[Photocopy Service]

There is a photocopier machine with cash/coin support in the second floor of the Central Cafeteria, the Science and Engineering Cafeteria and Agricultural Department Cafeteria. It can be used within the business hours of each cafeteria.
There is also a photocopier machine in convenience stores (opposite side of the main gate of the university, opposite side of the main gate of the Science and Engineering Department).

[Public Phone]

Visitors who are coming by car are not allowed. There is no parking space around the university. Those who wish to park for special reasons, such as those with disabilities, please inform the meeting headquarters regarding that matter in advance.

[Parking Area]

In the general reception, flyers/leaflets will be distributed with information necessary to connect to the internet by Wi-Fi. It will be available in almost all areas of the meeting venue.

[Wheelchair]

Many of the lecture halls are available for wheelchair visitors (except for C20, F21 and F31 venues. You can go to the E20 venue using an elevator). If you need guidance/assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the meeting headquarters (090-5995-6133,090-6925-6572). [Nursery Room]

We will set up a temporary nursery room during the event. For those who wish to use, please visit the autumn meeting homepage.

[Corporate Exhibition]

During the meeting, corporate exhibition will be held at the Poster venue.

[Others]

It is not allowed to use the classrooms other than the venue, and so as the use of the venue other than informal meeting on off hours in the venue of the university campus, anything that is not permitted is prohibited. Also, please refrain from eating and drinking at the university campus. However, you can ask permission in advance for informal meeting lunch.

[Science Civic Lecture Meeting]

On September 24th (Sunday) we will hold a Science Civic Lecture Meeting at AIINA Odashima-gumi Hall. It is a lecture for citizens including junior and senior high school students and faculty members, but the participation of the members are also welcome.
